VisionBound International was founded in 1996 by Kevin R. Miller, a retired U.S. Army officer with a passion for leadership. Kevin’s extensive military career exposed him to the profound impact of both great and poor leadership, inspiring him to create a company dedicated to fostering effective leadership and transforming organizational cultures. Over the years, VisionBound has grown to include a diverse team of associates across the United States, Europe, Africa, and Asia, all committed to accelerating greatness by releasing human potential.

Kevin is also an accomplished author and speaker, sharing his expertise on leadership and customer service worldwide.
